Use PC to Manage Phone Book on V60P?

Please help with this newbie question.

I have a V60p and would like to be able manage the phone book on my
phone using my PC or laptop. I am looking for software that does
not require me to sync Outlook Contacts, but just let's me use a
simple interface to edit my V60p phone book on my computer screen
directly.

Can anyone recommend a data cable and software for this purpose?

I would like to see something like this as well.
I wonder has anyone tried software called data pilot?
I have tried TruSync and it made a real mess in my phone. I would like
something that will just do phone numbers and nothing else in the
phone
