You mean those adhesive tape things? None.. Thanks for asking..
Look for various electronics devices there are antennas that will
adjust db gain. You can buy them for Linksys routers, for example. I
was just asking if there was anything similar for the nextel phones
that doesn't require some external car-based antenna. No need to be a
dickwad, pal.
Of course, perhaps you can't help it.

Nope - no such thing. Keeping in mind that a Nextel phone runs at 1/3
the frequency of a Linksys router (for b or g), the antenna would have
to be 3 times as long. And it would only give you a small
improvement.
