Nextel Blackberry 7520 vs. 7100

I am considering the move to a Blackberry, cost aside, please give me your
experiences to help me decide between the 7520 and the 7100. To me the 7520
"seems" more rugged and the 7100 2 letters per key make the 7520 a more
likely choice, but that is just based on looks. What do you guys think from
experience.

There is a software glitch in the 7100, currently no fix. Not all 7100's
are experiencing the issue. My customers are telling me they prefer the
keyboard on the 7520 to the 7100.

If it's any help, I went with the 7520 strictly because of the single-key
key board. A friend has the other one and hates it.
