    coverage is good all through out that area of the state marion county is

    As you start traveling South from Greenwood, you will run into more and
    more problems, unless you stick to the main roads 37 & 65. The only way
    you can be safe and have a working phone is to have a roaming plan.

    what about the coverage in Bloomington, Indiana, in the university
    buildings, dorms, etc?

    It can be sketchy on lower levels, but around campus pretty strong
