I have to comment that churn in rural areas will probably increase
dramatically as soon as portability takes effect there. We all know
that urban areas are much better covered than rural areas. I live in a
city of 60,000 right now and almost every call gets dropped (roaming on
Western Wireless). Statewide coverage is not that good, even with
Verizon's "Most Reliable Network Equipment and Coverage". I know many
people who want to drop "Cellular One" or any other service.
