Midi software for ringtones

Whats the name of the program that edits midi from midi 1 or 2 to midi 0 to upload to the phone? thanks

An easy program is "gnmidfmt", I use it all the time. The only drawback is that if you don't register it, it keeps reminding you whenever you run the program and directs you to the website when you close the program. Other than these little inconveniences, it works fine. To get it just use browser search for gnmidfmt.
