I have an LG VX8300 with Verizon for cell service. I have the USB cable that
allows me to move music to my phone. I would like to create and upload my
own ringtones to my phone but don't want to pay an arm and a leg to add the
tones to my phone.

Can someone recommend a good piece of software (preferably freeware) that
will allow me to do this?
