Got a 3510i, went to computer fair,bought a data cable
nok 3510 dual data cable fbus/mbus.
Got home plugged into pc tried logomanager/oxygen/MobiMB and nothing works,
tried it on 2 phones and 2 pc can anyone help?

First, be sure your cable is in F-BUS mode, as we support only F-BUS.
Check your port speed, it should be 115200.
Choose needed COM port and connection type in program's settings.
Is your phone working properly when cable is connected to it?

sounds like ur cable is a fluke...?
BTW if it works at all, does it only work with LM's phone manager section
stuff (where u read security code)?

Looking more like a duff cable! but it appears other people are having the
same conection probs with 3510i, surely there cant be that many duff cables.

Wouldn't surprise me. You always tend to get more problems with cable
connections on phones that "officially" don't support data cables.
