    Hello!

    Thank you for contacting us!

First, be sure your cable is in F-BUS mode, as we support only F-BUS.
Check your port speed, it should be 115200.
Choose needed COM port and connection type in program's settings.
Is your phone working properly when cable is connected to it?

If you will have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
    Best regards, Olga Pus'

Wouldn't surprise me. You always tend to get more problems with cable
connections on phones that "officially" don't support data cables.
