A friend of mine has just purchased a E700, in the manual it said the only
way to get new polyphonic ringtones was to download through WAP. As this
would cost a fortune I decided I'd use my O2 sim card in it and download
some using my 600 free WAP minutes. I put my card in the phone and it
flashed up on the screen that the phone was locked to other networks. I rang
T Mobile and said I wanted to use the phone on O2, the woman told me that it
would cost me £15 to unlock it to all networks and even then she couldn't
guarantee that the code they sent would work. I did a search on the net and
fpund the code for free and it worked perfectly.
For any1 else who might want this code here it is, *2767*688# just type it
direct into the phone on the display it says a full reset has been performed
switch the phone off then back on and hey presto you have a phone unlocked
onto every network.
Just for the record I own a Nokia 7210 and will stay with Nokia.

Re: T-Mobile locked Samsung E700
Can you remember where you got the Unlock code from. I have a Nokia 3410 and
got from my works, when they upgraded to new phones. It is on T Mobile and I
want to use it on O2.
