I think most people who have a Nk6600 FROM Orange (UK) will find the
menu for call divert is missing,

As a way round this you can use the following code's to enable or
    disable it.

To divert "ALL CALLS " key **21*(enter number here)#SEND
To divert "WHEN BUSY " key **67*(enter number here)#SEND
To divert "NO ANSWER " key **61*(enter number here)#SEND
To divert "NO NETWORK" key **62*(enter number here)#SEND

To cancel call divert key ##002#SEND

(enter number here) = key the phone number of where you want to divert
    your calls to.

    Hope this helps.

I've added these to my addressbook on the phone so I don't have to

Does anyone have any idea when orange might release a fix for this and
how they will do it? Are they going to recall all the phones?

    Cheers,

    Sorry, no idea.
I was speaking with Orange the other day and they said they weren't even aware of this missing menu,
so i asked them to find it, and they couldn't (suprise suprise)
All they said was now they know about it they would look into it.
Im sure im not the only person to have told them so im sure someone is well on with sorting it at there end??

Yeah I told them last week...again they claimed not to know anything
about it.. but as yet have not been able to give any idea when they
might be able to fix it.

    Oh well

Such a fix could be made by sending a SIM UPDATE message. So if
you get any more SIM UPDATEs then you might check to see if this
    menu has appeared.

    Hi,

You can get the call divert menus back by doing a factory reset by entering
    *#7370#

Just remember this will lose any contacts and other data you have stored on
    the phone !!!
