Wonder if anyone is able to give any help here?
Trying to use the 6600 (via Bluetooth) as modem to my Palm Tungsten, but it
just won't happen :-(
Bluetooth connection okay, but the 6600 will not initiate as a modem.
I have been able to use my 6310i as a modem to the Palm Tungsten T, and also
my 3650 as a modem to the Tugsten. This was after I downloaded the "drivers"
from Palm (Phone Link Updater).
There are no 6600 drivers shown on Palms site at the moment. Palm tell me to
contact Nokia. Contacted Nokia, and they say it is down to Palm to provide
the drivers for the Tungsten.
Anyone any ideas on how to get the pair (6600 and Palm Tungsten T) to
communicate with each other?, please
Thanks

I don't currently own any Tungsten, but just recently I got Bluetooth dialup
working with 6600 and Tungsten T3 with the following steps:
Nokia 6600:
Settings -> Connections -> GPRS -> Access point: internet(*1
Palm Tungsten T3:
Prefences -> Phone -> Select your connection method and phone model. If
they're not listed, check your driver CD for the Phone Link Update
application, get the drivers and sync them to your Palm. I also recommend
you download the latest version of the application from the PalmOne website
( http://www.palmone.com/us/support/do...phonelink.html ).
Test your connection with the 6600. Create a trusted pair.
Connection -> Select the connection method and device, this is where you
pair new devices.
Network -> New:
Name: Your connection name (e.g. Vodafone GPRS)
User name: (usually blank) (*1
Password: (usually blank) (*1
Connection: The pref you chose.
Phone: *99***1#
-> Details:
Query DNS: (usually selected) (*1
Automatic IP address: (usually selected) (*1
You might need this to additional script settings:
send: at+cgdcont=1,"ip","APN" (Where "APN" represents your operator
specific APN setting, and these script settings are always somewhat network
dependent.)
(*1 These are operator specific settings. Consult your mobile operator for
the correct Internet access point name and other settings.
Having entered these settings I was able to establish connection with the B
button and web browser.
I hope this helps!

I have to correct myself: now that I think again, I'm not sure whether it
was the 6600 or 3650 I used the Tungsten T3. So your probleme could be an
issue just with the 6600.
