Well, it's out in Switzerland anyway. Just picked one up at the local
'Media Markt' which is the equivalent of Dixons, for 600CHF (255
pounds sterling, 385 Euro) without contract.
Size is pretty much the same as a T610. It's excellently
constructed, nice and solid, and looks quite elegant IMO (I got the
'graphite' model). The keypad is actually quite usable, with
large(ish) tactile keys. No complaints there.
Voice quality is very good. At least as good as my faithful 3210,
probably better. Reception also seems to be at least on a par with
the 3210 ( which was better than friends' T68i and T610 phones).
Can't say too much about battery life as I've only had it a few
hours but I've been snapping pictures, making a few calls, sending
some SMSes, transferring mp3s via bluetooth and listening to them and
the radio, So far it's still reading full power but who knows if
that's accurate.
A 32meg MMC card is supplied. Useful for getting started but if
you want to listen to mp3s a lot then a bigger card is a must.
Luckily they are not so expensive. You do have to remove the battery
to get the card which is a bit of a pain.
The screen is sharp and bright, albeit a little small. Not really
much use for photo viewing. Pictures taken with the camera however
are reasonably detailed and at 640x480 are just about useful (other
than as fun shots). I use bluetooth to send them across to the PDA
and they look great on that screen, very well suited.
mp3 and radio playback is quite crisp and clear. With the supplied
headphones it's maybe lacking a little bass but not too bad. I would
like to hear some 'proper' cans which will no doubt come out in time.
The stereo headphones work over the pop port so it might be a while
before we see third party models.
I haven't really explored the rest of the functions of the phone.
I'm sure there will be more than a few bugs like any new phone, but
overall I'm very very impressed.

If you could upload a photo so we can see what kind of quality it is, that'd
be great. Also, is the mp3 player stereo? (I know the GX-30 is mono only).

I can't upload a photo to a non-binaries group but if you search
the web forums there are quite a few examples out there already.
Yes, the mp3 player is stereo and works as such through the
supplied headset. Quite good quality too, though maybe a little bass
light. That could be down to the headset though - will have to wait
for 'hi-fi' third party efforts to come out.
