need 2 flash a 3390

news stationaryHi I need to flash my daughter's 3390. I have a MBUS cable. But I thought I seen somewhere. Where I also need another cable as well. Is this true?

And if I don't need the flash cable can you point me in the basic direction of programs to help me to get this task done.

Yes, as your handset is DCT3 you can use a cheap parallel port flasher cable
(not recommended), or a Dejan box and cable. If you go the Dejan route you
should get either WinDDP or WinDLS with it, wither of which will do the job.
If you go with the flasher cable you'll need something along the lines of
Rolis, but you'll need combined flash files for that to work.

Hi sorry I didn't realize I was using the html in this message.

All I know is my daughter did something to her phone. When she called her
provider they told her she would have to have her phone sent into Nokia to
be flashed.

If I find out more I'll write and let you know what else it is.
