Irda trouble with 6600

Hi all ,
Just got myself a 6600 but it doesn't wan't to comunicate with the included
software via irda.
I'm using XP and that flashes up that I have a connection, but PC Suite says
nothing connected..
Never hade this with my 6100..

Anyone help.?

Advanced> and changed the IR Transceiver type to SigmaTel 4000. Also
reduce the / Speed Enable / to 115,000
