When I changed batteries in my 3360 today, the phone lost its mind.
WHen it came up, it displayed 1 111 111 1111 as its phone number and
shows that its Roaming when it should be on the home network.

I managed to get my phone number back in it by using the *#639#
seuqence, but the phone still shows that its roaming. Is there
anything I can do to get it back on the local network short of talking
to someone at the service provider's office (they're closed until
    tomorrow sometime)?

Besides your number, there's a SID code in there somewhere that
tells the system what your home area is (and your provider). And
there are probably other things that could have been garbled, too.
