The icon in the system tray - Red (surrounded by blue) means that the PC
can't see its own BT adapter.
Un-plug, replug. make sure you have the latest drivers from your
    manufacturer.
Check Device manager on the PC when the adapter is physically connected to
    make
sure that there are no yellow "?"

When the tray icon is white, the PC CAN communicate with its own BT adapter.

Icon green - Bluetooth connected betwrrn PC & other BT device.

Thanks, but I can't replug because it's internal bluetooth in Acer laptop.
There is 3 bluetooth modems and bluetooth lan access server working in
device manager. How to solve that problem? Maybe other LAN connection
interupting bluetooth or what? Please help because I need that and I can't
send files to laptop via infrared from Nokia6230

Sorry mate, I only have a TDK PCMCIA adapter. You might try
    "alt.cellular.bluetooth"
