    Hi,

    just changed operators on one of my 3200's and want to send the operator
    logo from one to the other using IR. Is that possible?

    No you can't do that directly, but you can use MobiMB (see link below) to do
    that if you have a cable or IR port on your PC.

    There's no direct synchronization, but Oxygen Phone Manager II (
    http://www.opm-2.com/ ) will do the job. OPM-2 supports Nokia 3200 via
    infrared and cable connection.
