REQ: help on hard reset on 2003 n-gage, read inside

hi

my n-gage fires up then re-boots, tried holding down off/on and no 3
button, but that does not seem to work, any other things i can try to
reset it.
was told maybe have to have it re-flashed but have never seen a flash
file on the web for this model.

welcome to WSOD (white screen of death)....take it to a nokia service centre
for warranty/reflash...
