Nokia 6600 problem.

Hi all,
A friend of mine has a 6600 on orange.
The instructions say if you save a sound file in to the digital audio folder
you can use it as a ringtone.
Only problem is any sound file sent by Bluetooth can be played in media
player but can not be transferred from the in box to digital audio because
the phone says it is an unsupported file format.
Any pointers much appreciated.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. Use infrared to receive the file
and save it into the folder then use PC Suite to move the file off the phone
then back in. The software will convert the file to the correct format.
Worked for me, anyway,
