    I want to use PC Suite with my 6800. I purchased a DKU-5 cable, installed
    the cable driver, then the PC Suite (as per instructions on the Nokia
    website). I cannot get the software to recognize the phone...it states,
    "Phone not connected."

    Can anyone help?

    Do you get the same problem with MobiMB? Try downloading the demo, and if
    it can't connect either, contact tech support and we can try to diagnose the
    problem that way.

    I haven't seen the original post and so, am replying to this one.

    I had a similar problem connecting my 6800 to PCSuite. I believe the problem
    was in the driver for the DKU-5 (I was using a generic cable). I downloaded
    and installed a prolific USB serial driver and it has worked flawlessly.

    Of course, the IR port is the least hassle.....
