Formatting Nokia 6630

I know there i a way to format a Nokia 6600 (hold the green key, the
asterisk key, the 3 key - meanwhile turn on the device, it asks if the in
ternal memory should be performed etc.)
On the Nokia 6630 it doesn't work :-((
Is there anybody out there that knows a way to format a 6630?

If anybody needs other cheat codes for the 6600, I can offer them

Actually what I need is a way to make the utility to uninstall program on
the phone to work... It suddenly stopped!
Does anybody knos anything about such a bug?
