I have just pucharsed Nokia 6020 and I need the newest sowftwere for
it.
Does anyone have or can provide the soft o crack (MobiMB 2.5 or Oxygen
PhoneManager II 2.8) - I would like to test it...

So what's stopping you using the trial versions that are available on the
author's websites if all you want to do is "test"?
