PC Suite & 6230

Can anyone help with this problem. I running pc suite on Windows xp with a
6230, everything works except pc sync. I can transfer files and music with
no problems, but as soon as I try and synchronise with outlook or outlook
express the program just says not connected, and then not responding and
crashes. It's the same whether I use Bluetooth or Cable (DKU-2).

Can anyone help

1.) make sure your phone is on the main screen where you can see the phone
service provider.
2.) make sure your keypad is unlock
