Might sound a silly question

anyone know how to change the screen saver on my nokia 6630 - and while bein
on the 3 network my phone doesnt seem to be able to recieve emails from the
3 server imap.three.co.ukalthough can send emails from my phone to my
account on here? any help kindly appreciated
