6310i, pcsuite 6.6.16, w2k problem

hi,

i've installed the latest pcsutie on my w2ksp2. i used 4.xx with 6310i on
the same comp, and everithing was ok (content copier, pcsuite,...). now
the 6.6.16 recognise the 6310i, it says that the 6310i is connected via
irda, but when i want to be connected via the _get connected_ button, it
stops at the recognition of the phone. in the meantime the wireless link
application sees the 6310i.
what would be the problem. maybe an another application (wireless link)
occupied the irda device? it was installed with the pcsuite.

some more information:
the content copier utility can't store the datas stored in the phone, it
can only make backup of the phone.

and i can't see my 6310i in the browser window.

afaik the 6310i works with pc suite 4.8x and not the latest 6.x
releases.

thank you. i've already checked too, and found that 6.x supports backup
only on 6310i.
