Anybody have an idea how to fix headset volume (really low, even when set to
the maximum) which means I can't hear anyone when using my THBury car kit
when at 70 (allegedly, m'lud) mph.
If it helps, my firmware is v 3.04.11
Cheers,
Chris

Might be an obvious one this but have you turned the volume up on both the
phone and the handsfree kit?
Mine's quite loud even whilst in danger of an SP90.

Hi Easy,
yep - it's an obvious one (but it doesn't cause offence - some days I can be
quite dumb!)
There is no volume on the car kit, and if I max the volume it distorts (but
is still not loud), and if I drop the volume, it's too quiet.
Problem is Nokia don't admit it's their problem, and THBury blame Nokia.
Damn!
Cheers,
Chris

If you can take the headset back and get a refund then I would suggest it.
I use the one that came free with the Moto v600 and have no problems from
it.
Failing that maybe try a firmware upgrade. Sometime those 6680s can have BT
issues and apparently v4.x.x fixes them.
All the best.
