6230i and custom T9 dictionary

Hi,

Is it possible to upload another T9 (different lang) dictionary to 6230i
(via Bluetooth or USB cable) without replacing the whole software?

No. You'll need to flash the PPM to whichever version you require, and that
requires a little more in the way of equipment.
