PC Suite

I've just updated to the latest version of PC Suite and it no longer
stores your text messages so you can manage them form the PC. All you
can now do is send texts.
My question is does anyone have the old version or a link to where I
can download it. The Nokia contact route is a waste of time as I'm
still waiting after a week of asking them a question.

try this link you can select your phone type then the appropriate pcsuite
for it.

capable to download, create new, upload and delete unwanted SMS messages
from your PC. You can also manage (download, create new, deleta, upload) SMS
centers, send new plain-text SMS messages both in GSM or Unicode coding,
send NewFlash messages, picture messages, messages with logos and ringtones,
request a delivery report for new message and set its validity period,
create new SMS folders and export your messages to Microsoft Word ( .rtf ),
Microsoft Excel ( .csv, .xls, .slk, .diff ), HTML, XML, DBF or ASCII-TEXT
(fixed-size columns or tab-delimited) formats. Oxygen Phone Manager II (

upload MMS messages.

If you are using Symbian-based smartphone, then we can suggest to have a
look at Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones (
http://www.opm-2.com/symbian/ ). Using this program you can send SMS
messages via Symbian phone connected by bluetooth or DKU-2/CA-53 cable using
Unicode or GSM 7-bit charset, choose SMS service centre for new message,
request delivery report for each new message, edit 'Details' and
'Description' fields. If you have a lot of messages in your phone, you can
read only their headers and read the contents only for selected ones.
Indeed, you can also create your custom messages folder, if allowed by the
phone's firmware. You can save your messages separately, so you could beam
them by standard file transfer services to another Symbian phone or in one
internal Oxygen Phone Manager II archive. You can export your messages to
Microsoft Word (RTF), Microsoft Excel ( .csv, .xls, .dbf, .slk, .diff),
plain-text (tab-delimited or fixed-size columns), HTML, XML or DBF formats.
Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones can also read and save your
MMS and e-mail messages (including file attachments) and beamed (bluetooth
or infrared) messages.
