memory card problem??????

I HAVE 64 MB MEMORY CARD, BUT IT SHOW ME 61 MB AS TOTAL CAPACITY.
SO HOW CAN I AMKE SURE ABOUT REST 4MB?

PLEASE ADVICE ME SOMEONE.

64meg is the size before the card is formatted. 61 after formatting sounds
right. In the future please turn your cap lock key off.
