PC Suite does not transfer files from N70

Hi,

to allow my daugther to transfer files from a Linux box to her new N70
I installed the PC Suite 6.7 on a Win2000 virtual workstation running
with VMware, on which I'm running without problems also ITune to
connect to an Ipod nano and the software for a Samsung mobile
telephone.

The installation was OK and no errors are detected when the program
starts. I may read almost all the file system but if I try to transfer
pictures and video made with the rear camera the transfer windows stays
forever without transferring anything. Note that I may transfer without
problem the pictures taken with the front camera and any other file on
the telephone.

Does anybody have a clue of what is happening ?

Somebody informed me that it might be related to the DRM software. Does
anybody knows details about it!

Yup i get the same problem when i use the cable that comes with the
phone.. its prpbably some cable problem.. try using bluetooth instead..
works fine for me.

was your test done on a virtual machine or in a normal installation?

I did the same and re sult was even worst
