    hi...i've bought a nokia 6270 recently. I've downloaded the GPRS
    settings from both nokia and my operator websites but i still cannot
    use my GPRS and MMS. Can someone explain to me why? Really appreciated
    your help...TQ

    Has your service provider activated your SIM/account to use these services?

    Yeap...my service provider already activated the services. I can used
    the services using my old phone.

    Best way to sort it out is to delete all the settings that you have and
    try again. that way you know you are using the settings that have been
    sent to you and not some that were already there.

    tq u all for trying to help me...finally i managed to used my GPRS and
    MMS. At first i thought there is something wrong with my phone. I even
    try to update my phone system. Then i though it was my sim card..so i
    changed it but still no improvement. I went back to my service
    provider...they decided to reset their network setting for my phone
    line and activate it again in a few hours...2 hours later...everything
    is good.
