Nokia 6102

I have tried to use the ca-42 cable with my xp laptop and nokia 6102
with pc suite with no luck. Will not recognize the phone. Also if I use
my INTRANET program the phone will recognize the phone number to
dial, but after dialing, the phone will hang up. Any suggestions?
