CA-70 vs CA-53

Hi!

I own a Nokia 6233 and a CA-70 data cable. When the charging plug is not
connected, does the connectivity differ anyhow from a CA-53 connection?
If not, I should be able to use all software which works for the CA-53
with my CA-70 cable, right?
