Is Nokia Belle a Meego-Remake?

my Question: The UI for the new Nokia Belle OS is looking like Meego.
Does anybody know what the new Nokia Belle OS will be? A Meego or a
Symbian with Meego UI?

Having never seen Meego (did it actually ever make it to market) it would be
hard to say whether the tweaked user interface in Symbian Belle was like it
or not. Whilst there are more changes than when Anna was introduced, it is
certainly very similar.

Too amazing and really too awesome sharing it is that i ever found
What a nice work done it is
