In the manual I can't find how to make a call, using the loudspeaker, so I
don't have to press the device close to my ear.
I assume this has to be possible somehow?

Don't know on the E75, but on the N79 and N8 you call and then switch to
    loudspeaker.

OK, I think I found it now. But it seems I can't make this a custom setting
    in advance...
I want to make this custom practice because of radiation hazard.

    Que?

A 0.6W transmitter at 2GHz - low power, omni directional, non ionising -
    risk level inifinitessimally small.

Don't go out in the sun then

~1kW/sqm, ionising UVA and UVB. If you don't have a lot of melanin in your
skin you can suffer second degree burns in 20 minutes and greatly increased
risk of skin cancer. Look at it and it will blind you in seconds.

You probably get more energy in the ~2GHz band from the sun sat in doors in
the daytime than you do when using your phone.

Well, I've heard other stories about that. Anyway, it won't hurt if I keep
the phone half a meter away from my brains. And I'll keep out of the sun too
    :-)
