Nokia 5100 Problem

I have a problem with my new handset. When I recieve a monophonic ring
tone through SMS I can preview it and all however when I try to save or
delete the tone my phone shuts down and restarts itself. Any thoughts on
what is going on?

Sounds like a classic firmware issue. I would take the handset to your
nearest Nokia Service Centre who will update the firmware for you under
warranty. This will more than likely resolve the issue.
