OPM II Registration

I purchased OPM II and have been unable to get it registered.
Oxygen has sent me several emails saying the key and link to the
page has been sent but I only receive the text message. Does the
key and link come as an email attachment or something else?

Wondering if there is something in the OS preventing me from
receiving this. Win XP pro/outlook express: the option to prevent
downloading attachments has been turned off. Norton antivirus has
not quarantined or deleted anything.

Any suggestions?

The key is just a series of numbers that is in the mail,that you have to
copy and enter in opm.
