usb data cable 3310-3410

whats the best software to use with this for downloading ringtones and
unlocking.............tried logmanager and nockall but dont recognize
phone.............any help would be welcome

thanks for the reply....... .got it sorted needed drivers for the
lead...........the drivers create a virtual com port, in my case its com
port 3...........shows up in device manager as....prolific usb-to-serial
comm port (com3)
if anyone else is having simlar problems with the lead here is the link for
