unlocked and perfectly happy with voda sim I've inserted but fleetingly shows the Orange
logo for 5-6 secs before going to normal ready screen. Anyway of removing this?

Logomanager. You need to set the startup logo to default.
BTW if your phone is an Orange one, do you want to swap the badge under
the keypad with the Orange logo on for a blank one..? I dropped mine and
scratched it ;-)

I might have to return this phone to the donor so can't do that yet. I'll let you know if
things change. BTW, im a bit clueless about these things but should the phone have some
sort of interfacing cable to enable logomanager to work? I've got the phone and its box
here but I suspect there are some bits missing.
How come this phone has the orange badge? AFAIK this phone is a company issue and on this
particular occasion they issued a few too many.

A data cable does not come standard issue. You'll have to purchase
one. I think Logomanager does have "deals" though where you can get
Logomanager and a data cable.

yes, I can see that now - looking at the price of the interfaces it's not surprising
they're not included. As I've understood it there are three options, blue-tooth,
infra-red and rs232. Is that right? I suppose logomanager's deals include the 232
(cheapest?)
