Nokia 6310i cover

Hi,
I have a 6310i with a silver cover and it is looking fairly sorry for itself, the silver paint has rubbed off on the corners etc. I wanted to get a new cover for it, but it is not an express-on cover and my local Nokia shop want £30 to supply and fit one.
I can get one off of ebay for under £10 and have the tools I need [I am an engineer] but I was not sure if it was something that was easy to do or if there was a reason the shop charge £30 other than greed.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Scrub that, knew I'd read it somewhere. Elsewhere on the site they say:

Nokia 6310 and 6310i SILVER Original style copy housing SUPERB quality,
come without vibra motor fitted. However unlike the 6210 THIS IS A SIMPLE
operation to swap motors now, only a little clip!

Looks like it'll be simple after all.

Thanks for your help, maybe it is worth the £30 after all, at least if the
screw it up they will have to fix it. If I feck it I will be looking at
more than £30 to replace the phone.

It is pretty simple really, the only note of caution relates to the locking
lugs situated at both sides of the phone. Full dismantle instructions can
be found at the UselessInfo site in my sig.

Not sure why the concern, so long as the thing is still working OK. I'm not
bothered about my 6310i showing it's seen a bit of action.

Places it's been, it's hardly surprising.
