Are CDMA Nokia phones unlocked? I have a 3586i from US Cellular. Is it
locked to US Cellular? If I wanted to use it with Verzion, how would I go
about unlocking it. I know how to unlock a GSM phone.

All phones are locked to the carrier... if you want to switch, you must
    unlock it.

Sometimes CDMA phones are "SOC" locked. If they are you'll need the
master subsidy code to unlock it. Not all are, but some are. Verizon
may let you put a non Verizon phone on their network and then again
    they may not.
