i got one of these phones and today for some reason there is a number 2 in
the top left. its located where the key is shown when u lock ur phone, any1
know what this is?
i had a look in the manual and didnt show anything

It means you've selected Line 2..! The switching facility shouldn't be
enabled unless your network actually supports (and you've subscribed to, in
which case you'd know what it was..!) Line 2, but since it obviously is,
press and hold # for 5 seconds.
