Nokia 7250

My girlfriend is on holidays overseas and she's just smsed me saying that
her phone is stuck in "headset" mode and she can't get out of it...
She's tried turning it off.. taking the battery out etc... tried changing
the sim card with another... played with the profiles...
Still stuck in headset...
Anyone know how to get it out of this mode?? I'm going to join her tomorrow,
will take another phone if need be.... Is this likly to be something that
needs to be fixed by a service centre??
Oh and yeah the headset is not attached..... Not sure if it came up when a
headset was put on, then didn't go away when taken off, of if "headset" came
up all of a sudden.
