I love the voice command feature, but have found a glitch.
If I call American Airlines via voice command, I am unable to
use the keypad to make choices from the option tree---so there is
nothing I can do. I can hear the key beeps, but apparently American
Airlines can't, and it just keeps prompting me to enter some number.
If I dial the very same number myself, everything works fine.
This problem doesn't seem to exist with other airlines, car
rental, hotels, anything else I dial with voice command, just American.
Any thoughts? Any ideas? I love being able to just dial * and
say "call American Airlines", and not have to look up or remember the
number.

Sorry, Chris. For various reasons, we're getting loaded up hard in the=20
call center, but I'll see if I can't find out something about this.

I checked around, Chris. No one's heard of this. But I=20
have VC, too, and I have to call an automated payment=20
system for something tomorrow. I'll try it, and get back=20
to you.
