On my plan I have wireless web, but finally figured out I cannot use
wireless web on my new vision-enabled phone. I called Sprint and they said
I did not have to do anything - I could keep my plan and just pay a penny
per kilobyte, which I think is fair for the small amount of use I will
actually need.
I click on blazer, am prompted to wait while it provisions and then
initiates, and inevitably fails. I then have to reset my phone.
Sprint is not open today -- at least tech support is not. Their website has
no real help -- just FAQs about what vision is -- not how to get it to work!
Can anyone help me with this in the meantime?
Thanks - I'm using a samsung i500.

Pete, have you tried going into your manage page, then click on My Personal
Information, then trying to setting up a Vision password?

Depends on the error message. An error 1012 usually means=20
you *have* to calls us. With newly activated Vision=20
phones, it usually means the Vision username either hasn't=20
setup yet, or that it errored out getting setup. We have=20
to fix that on our side.

Re: setup vision
Thanks, Rob.
I ended up finding a tech last night (after about 2 hours of holding) who
turned vision on for me - something to do with setup of IP, or something
like that.
