I just knew that you would post that. What this survey doesn't say, is what
percentage of users of the carriers complained, whether individual people
made one complaint or 10 complaints, or how many customers each service has
in the area.
Even the article you posted said it isn't scientific ... This study is
pretty damn useless actually.
For those interested, here is the link to the maps ...

Cingular is damn near perfect

In fact, it can be easily proven that the study wasn't even close to valid.
How? Simple. Take a look at the T-Mobile map. Now, look at Cingular's
map. Looks different, doesn't it? But it shouldn't. Because Cingular
and T-mobile are using the exact same network. Cingular HAS no GSM
network in NYC: they have a transparent roaming agreement with T-mobile
in exchange for letting T-mobile users on Cingular's networks on the
west coast.
Nice try, Phillipe: using more inn\accurate data to ineffectively prove
your point.

Yes, funny that, since Cingular uses T-Mobile's network in NYC.

Dear Wad ---- you're entering a battle un-armed again ---- but at least
you're consistent.
From the same report you based your "conclusion" on ......
"The overall number of reports per provider should not be used as the basis
for determining relative service quality. Accordingly, the data should not
be used as the basis for number portability decisions, or decisions
regarding the selection of a mobile carrier."
But keep swinging for the fence ---- that way if you get a broken bat single
you can get feeling all proud of yourself for being "right" ---- once.

Why do you keep posting this link Phillipe, when it's been shown how bogus
the report was.

In the same story...
"...companies with more blotches than others could simply have more
customers in New York than those that received a smaller amount of
complaints."
A pretty heavy disclaimer. And yet you're treating it as gospel, Phillipe?
