The last few weeks I've been dropping a ton of calls, and not getting all of
my voicemail. I went to the Sprint store to get my phone tested and they
said it failed a sensitivity test and would have to be replaced. Has
anybody ever heard of anything like that? Seems pretty crappy that a phone
would go to hell after 18 months (especially on a 2 year contract).
Thanks

Dan, phones, like any other electronic device can crap out ... for any
number of reasons. Your phone could of had a surge while attached to the
battery charger cable, if the phone was dropped or ... a chip went bad.
Stuff happens. Considering you have had the phone for 18 months, you might
be able to upgrade to another phone with an automatic credit if it's been on
the same phone number.
Give CS a call and see whether you qualify for that special deal.

Re: Samsung A400 question
Seeing as the warranty is only 12 months, you are 6 months to the
good.
