I'm holding off buying the Treo 600 until it (or someone else) has the
Treo's features PLUS a GPS. Right now, there is a PDA/GPS (I think by
Garmin) combo so it should be just a mattere of time until there is a
Phone/PDA/GPS unit. Has anyone heard any rumors?

Re: The Ultimate gadget
My guess is that it will be over a year before you see a combination
device with all those functions. However, you might see some add-ons
for the treo and other smart phones to give them GPS capability fairly
soon.

Sure!
We know of at least one phonemaker working on a nucleus PDA-phone (GSM, I
think) that is modular, with plugins not much bigger than a SIM card. FM
radio, GPS, Bluetooth, IR remotecontroller, flashlight, etc.
