They must have been doing some upgrades... that's why the site was down,
probably - tonight Sarah brought up our bill on the web and the phone numbers
on the outgoing call details were clickable. Click on a number and the web
site will attempt to do a reverse number lookup on the number you called.
It most likely will not succeed for cellular and certain landline numbers, but
it should work for most landlines.

Hmmm, can't do that on my account. Maybe they are in the testing phase on
this, and it's being tested regionally.

Sounds like a cool feature though.

Sprint have had this set up for their long distance bills for
sometime. Verizon has something similar on their site for local
    service.

Uhhhh... Wifey informs me that it was the LD website that had the info, not
    the SPCS site. Whoops!

I'd much rather have the incoming phone numbers listed instead of that
lame excuse "oh, that's because we can't guarantee EVERY number will
show on the bill so we don't show ANY" bullcrap that the customer
support people are told to tell us.

If even pre-pay companies can do this, why the heck doesn't Sprint.

I'd love to see this, too. The current method of listing incoming calls
provides no ability to verify charges. If you had an 800 service you were
paying for, you would get the number of every incoming number (including
those who has attempted to 'block' their number). Why? Because an 800
number pays by the incoming call. Hmmmm- that sounds familiar.

The other line that you will get is that they don't provide the numbers due
to 'privacy issues'. Correct me if I'm wrong- unless I'm a lawyer, doctor
or clergy person, the person on the other end of the phone gives up any
right to privacy when I pick up the phone and say 'hello'.

Very few (if any) of the cellular carriers provide true incoming call
detail. I think it comes out of laziness and a lack of caring- they know
the bill is going to get paid, with or without the detail.
