7 PM EST, Cell phone cannot access internet at all - I get a message that
says Error 67 - username and password incorrect. There is no way for me to
    re enter it.

So here we go: FOURTH CALL INTO SPRINT

So I call *2, went on hold 5 minutes, got someone to tell my tale of woe
to, she cannot help me, was was sent to tech support. Was told I would be
on hold for longer than 20 minutes

    Fine.

I held. I got bored. So, with the phone to my ear, I drove around town,
when it got to painful, I gave the phone to my kid to listen to the music.
We bought some takeout. Still on hold. Drove slowly home.

After 45 minutes on hold, I was disconnected

Am going to have dinner. Then we will try again...

    Resistance is futile

No!! Don't call from your cell phone! When you get through, you'll be
asked to hang up and call back from another line!

I neglected to mention I have two cell phones. Here is the problem, at my
house, where the landline is, there is NO sprint signal.

So, each time I call Sprint when I have to have two phones, I have to get in
my car, drive up to the top of the hill.

Do you know how cold it gets on top of a hill trying to find a Sprint signal
in January and waiting to speak to customer service

Why would you get phones on a service with no signal where you need it?

Good Question. The irony is I don't need a cell phone at the house to call
anyone except for one purpose: To call Sprint Customer Service.

In any event, Sprint neglected to inform me that the signal would not work
at my house when I purchased it. And now I can't get rid of them unless I
    pay my early termination fees.

So. Guess what I am doing to do today? Take time off from work to try to
get the GD cell phone fixed. (Call 5) Will report the result.

Frank, it is a bit foolish to think that Sprint neglected to inform you that
signal would not work at your house. Sprint has a 14 day return policy for
just such a reason. It is YOUR responsibility to determine if the service
works for you and if not, terminate the relationship before you are locked
into the contract and ETF. This SAGA is is a result of your own doing as
far as I see it. You have to shoulder the some of the responsibility. Good
    luck.
